Find a paid plan that is not showing in Voicy
Check your account before making another purchase.
If you have paid but Voicy still shows a free allowance or asks you to upgrade, check the signed-in account first.
Check the purchase email
- Find your Voicy purchase receipt in your email.
- In Voicy, click Sign out if you may be using the wrong account.
- Sign in again with Google or Microsoft, choosing the email linked to your purchase.
- Return to Voicy and wait for the account check to finish.
If you have several accounts in your browser, check the email rather than only the profile picture or name.
Check the connection and reopen Voicy
- Confirm that a normal website opens in your browser.
- Quit Voicy completely and reopen it.
- Check your access again. If necessary, sign out and back in once more.
Voicy needs to reach its account service to refresh your plan. A connection error does not necessarily mean your purchase has disappeared.
If it is still missing
Email [email protected]. Include the purchase email, approximate purchase date, and the message Voicy shows. A receipt or order reference can help. Do not send your password or full payment-card details.
You only need one purchase across Voicy apps. Wait for help rather than buying the same plan again to fix an account mismatch.
